I forgot my password?
Sent an e-mail to the training administrator quoting your name, organization and your user name in the training portal. Within two days you will receive an e-mail with a new password.
You need to change this password at the first use of the portal in your personal menu.

I forgot my UserId?
You need to contact the training coordinator in your company. He/she will provide you with the correct information.
Training FAQ
Do you get the message that your session has expired?
You are automatically logged out after a longer period of time from the system or during training the time set has been exceeded. Please log in again or restart the test again.

Do you get the message that the maximum number of attempts to make a test is reached?
Contact the training coordinator in your company. He/she will be able to help.
